Andrew D. Perkins of Shaftsbury left this life on Wednesday, May 13th, 2015 at home after a long illness. He was born on December 6th, 1965 in Dayton, OH and grew up in New York City. He attended school in New York and Massachusetts. He is survived by numerous friends and relatives worldwide plus his best friend of 31 years and wife of 16 years, Clay Livingston, and his two daughters Hadley and Merritt.
