Ann Marie Sweeney

Ann Marie Sweeney, 65, a resident of Town Shed Road, passed away August 9, 2022 at Albany Medical Center. Ann was born in Rutland, VT on April 26, 1957 the daughter of the late Francis Lethridge and Ann Tuliper. She attended Rutland schools and graduated from Poultney High School. Ann enjoyed fishing, cooking, gardening, listening to old country music and shopping. She enjoyed her home, taking care of children and spending time with her family. Ann is survived by her son Richard Sweeney (Jessica) of Manchester Center, grandchildren Justin Sweeney, Aniesha Sausville and Jana Spivey, siblings, Linda Demere, Sherry Fowler, Sylvia Fowler, Gail Gallipo, Sandy Fredette, Lori LaRue and Robert and Freddy Lethbridge and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband Richard J. Sweeney who passed away June 7, 2013 and her siblings Jeannie Bushey, Mary Lethbridge and Michael, Frances, Annabelle and Francis Lethbridge. A celebration of life for Ann will be held and announced at a later date.
