Cornelia Crawford

Cornelia "Connie" Knapp Crawford, 67, a resident of North Bennington, passed away March 27, 2018 at Albany Medical Center following a long illness. Connie was born in Stratton, VT on August 14, 1950 the daughter of the late Robert W. Knapp and Lillian Morey Chatterton, attended local school and received her High School Diploma. Connie worked as an Administrative Assistant for many years. Connie loved her animals, especially her dog Sadie, and cherished times spent with her family especially her children and grandchildren. She is survived by her husband Richard A. (Skip) Crawford of North Bennington whom she married in 1975 in Bennington, her daughter Michele Ballance and fiance Bruce Carpenter of Bennington, grandchildren Kaleb Carpenter, Katlin Ballance and her fiance David Pratt, Joshua Carpenter and Jeremiah Carpenter and great grandchildren Isaiah and Braeden Mattison and Amara Pratt. At he request of the family funeral services will be private. There are no visiting hours.
