David Roberts

David M. Roberts, 41, a resident of Roberts Road, passed away January 18, 2018 at his home. David was born in Bennington on June 19, 1976 the son of David A. Roberts and the late Glenda Roberts and attended local schools. David worked in various aspects of the restaurant business for many years including the Manchester Bar and Grill, Seasons and Up For Breakfast. He was a member of the Eagles and VFW social member. He enjoyed pitching horseshoes, throwing darts, singing karaoke and listening to all kinds of music. Some of his friends have recently shares some great memories of him singing. His true passion was spending time with his family and friends. David is survived by his father David A. Roberts of Manchester, sister Vanessa Roberts and her significant other Jeremy Joseph of Manchester, brother Atrau Roberts of Manchester, Heather Abbott of Manchester whom he thought of as a sister, nephews Dustin and Hunter Joseph and aunts, uncles and cousins. Visiting hours for David will be held Thursday evening January 25, 2018 from 5-7pm at Brewster-Shea Funeral Home 34 Park Place Manchester Center, VT. A celebration of David's life will be held Saturday January 27, 2018 at 2pm at the VFW in Manchester. If friends desire, memorial gifts in David's memory may be made to the Manchester Rescue Squad, c/o Brewster-Shea Funeral Home P.O. Box 885 Manchester Center, VT 05255.
