Douglas F. Grover

Douglas F. Grover, 73, a resident of Side Street in Manchester, passed away August 8, 2024 at his home. Doug was born in Proctor, VT on May 26,1951, the son of the late Carl H. and Beverly Jean Crawford Grover and attended Bennington schools. Doug worked as a machinist for Coleman’s in Bondville, Mack Molding and Sperry Valves. Doug enjoyed fishing, camping, going to his camp in Shoreham, watching movies, listening to rock & roll music and cherished times spent with his family especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Doug is survived by his wife Barbara (Guertin) Grover of Manchester whom he married March 2, 1991 in Arlington, VT, children Daniel Grover (Peggy) of Salem, NY, Tyler Grover (Crystal) of Manchester, Tonya Perkins (Tina) of Shaftsbury, Brandi Merrow of Bennington, Amber Grover (Peggy) of Manchester, Angie Hollister (Dave) of Pownal and Barbara Grover of Manchester,11 grandchildren and many great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son Douglas Grover, Jr., son-in law Jerry Merrow, grandson Joshua Knight, Jr.  and all of his siblings.
