Glinda F. Johnson, 61, a resident of Red Mt. Road, passed away December 19, 2022 at Southwestern Vermont Medical Center. Glinda was born in Windsor, Vermont on October 26, 1961 the daughter of the late Edward Johnson and Frances Webster. She attended Flood Brook School and Green Mountain High School in Chester. Glinda worked for various restaurants in the Manchester area most notably for the Perfect Wife and Amy Chamberlain. Glinda loved animals, birds, gardening, British Television, PBS and listening to 70’s classic music. Glinda is survived by her husband Geoffrey Sprankle of Arlington whom she married August 5, 2000 in Manchester, her sons Richard, Merlin and Adalore Merrow, brothers Kenneth and Edward Johnson, Rodney, Otis, Burt and Rusty, and grandchildren. At the request of the family there are no formal funeral services.
