Helen L Young

Helen L. Young, 87, formerly of Manchester, VT, passed away November 16, 2021, at Pine Heights in Brattleboro. Helen was born in Three Rivers, Massachusetts on April 15, 1934, the daughter of the late Joseph and Bella (Cichon) Sienkiewicz and attended local schools. Helen worked as a secretary and then as a CNA for many years. Helen loved going to the casinos and spending time with her family. She is survived by her devoted children Denise Foery (Bill) of Searsburg, VT and Dennis Young (Stephen Burkhardt) of Antrim, NH, stepdaughter Karen McKinney of Stormville, NY and her grandchildren Brendan and Ethan Foery. At the request of the family a celebration of life will be Monday November 29, 2021, from 3pm to 5pm at Nowak Funeral and Cremation, 15 Ludlow Ave Springfield, Mass.
