John Alexander Batsios

John Alexander Batsios, 29, a resident of Lake Avenue in Nassau, NY, passed away Sunday November 6, 2022 as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident. John was born in Troy, NY on May 20, 1993 the son of Anastasios (Tom) and Lois Rizzo Batsios, attended local schools earning an Associate's Degree in Nursing. He worked as a travelling Registered Nurse. John enjoyed taking every advantage life offered. He made lasting friendships with humans and animals alike, where ever his adventures took him. He embraced everyone and everything with a passion and an excitment that was contagious. We are blessed to have had such a loving, caring, funny son and brother in our lives and sad that his life was cut so short. John is survived by his parents Anastasios (Tom) and Lois Batsios of Nassau, NY, his maternal grandmother Norma Wendell of Sebring, Florida, sister Athena Batsios of Nassau, NY and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. A celebration of life for John will be held Monday November 14, 2022 at the Hilton Garden Inn, from 3-7pm, 62 New Scotland Avenue, Albany, NY.
