Karen Kendall Reiley, 49, a resident of K Loop, Chimney Hill, passed away June 13, 2015 at Southwestern Vermont Medical Center. Karen was born in Poughkeepsie, New York on April 13, 1966 the daughter of Forrest and Lorraine (Schreiber) Reiley and attended local schools. Karen received her Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Boston College. Karen lived and maintained a Psychotherapy Practice in Cambridge, Massachusetts before moving to Vermont. Karen loved people and always tried to make someones life a little better. She enjoyed listening to Christian music, traveling and spending time with her family. Karen is survived by her husband Dennis Kendall of Wilmington, whom she married April 6, 2009 in Wilmington, her parents Forrest and Lorraine Reiley of Maui, Hawaii, brother Michael Reiley and his wife Barbara also of Maui and nine nieces and nephews. Funeral services for Karen will be held Saturday June 20, 2015 at 1pm at Covey Allen & Shea Funeral Home 44 East Main Street Wilmington, Vermont. Karen will be laid to rest in Maui. A visitation hour will be held at the funeral home from 12-1pm, one hour prior to the service.
