Karin Joyce

Karin Joyce (Wabisky), born November 1st 1958, has now passed to a better place. I had the opportunity to speak with her before she left all of us. I know she had touched the lives of many in need. Unlike few in these days my mom helped everyone before herself. Mom was an old fashioned lady of class and family values. She had times of hardship but always prevailed. She use to say what does not kill you makes you stronger but she finally ran out of strength. I know from speaking with her that day she had finally come to a peace that I will never fully understand. Many of her selfless acts in life, helping people down on luck or desperation, went unappreciated; and to my own fault, myself and family at times. She never sought recognition for any actions or praise. Mom acted from the bottom of her heart to all in need in any situation. She is survived by her son Joshua Epstein, her granddaughter Elizabeth Epstein, her grandson Nikolai Epstein, her brother Stanley Wabisky, her companion Peter Cooper and her closest confidant, my bride to be, Jillian Kellogg. In closing, I can say for sure to all the people whose heart she touched or interacted with, Karin will be missed for her service as a pillar in this community, a best friend, a lover, a companion and the best lady I have ever known. My mom. Visiting hours for Karin will be held Tuesday November 21, 2017 from 5-7pm at Brewster-Shea Funeral Service, 34 Park Place Manchester Center, VT. A memorial service will be held at 7pm, immediately following visiting hours. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Manchester Rescue Squad, c/o Brewster-Shea Funeral Service P.O.
