Kathleen A. Webb (Laurie)

Kathleen A. Webb (Laurie), 62, passed away peacefully Saturday July 9, 2022. She was born in Springfield, MA on February 22, 1960, she was the daughter of the late Richard Laurie and Judith Laurie (DeWolfe). She was a graduate of Gateway Regional High School class of 1978. Following school, she married her husband of 45 years, Richard Webb Jr. Kathy spent many years as a homemaker raising her three children. She loved to read, cook, sew and spend time with her loved ones. She was loving, nurturing and a natural caregiver. She had an unconditional love for her family, especially her children and grandchildren. She worked for the United States Postal Service for many years in Hinsdale, MA. She also coached Varsity cheerleading at Gateway Regional High School. She leaves behind her husband, Richard Webb Jr., of Bennington, VT; three children, Christine Webb of Bellingham, MA, Kimberly Sakaske of Huntington, MA and Richard Webb III and his wife Elizabeth of Little River, SC; four grandchildren, Anthony Piquette, Joel Sakaske, Anna Sakaske and Andrew Webb; three siblings, David Laurie of Chester, MA, Joanne Rocke of Holyoke, MA and Richard Laurie Jr. and his wife Sharron of Chester, MA; her longtime friend and companion Robert Hill of Bellingham, MA and her many nieces and nephews. She was also predeceased by her infant daughter Kathleen. There will be a private ceremony held by the family at a later date.
