Kimberly Ann DeJesus, 52, a resident of County Street, passed away unexpectedly October 6, 2018 at her home. Kimberly was born in Norwalk, CT on September 22, 1966 the daughter of Kenneth Crucitti and Laticia Socci and step father Joseph Socci. She attended school in Norwalk, graduating from Norwalk High School then attending ITT. Kimberly worked as a caterer and bartender for many years. She loved planning parties and was an exceptional party decorator. She enjoyed playing games, painting and was a good drawer. She was a huge Elvis Presley fan and enjoyed listening to the sounds of Alabama and Maroon 5. Kimberly loved the beach and the ocean, nature and the outdoors. She was a very adventurous person that enjoyed thrill rides and zip lining. She enjoyed trips to the zoo with her daughters, apple picking and hayrides. She enjoyed Broadway shows with her daughters, had infectious sense of humor and was aver generous person with a big heart. Kimberly is survived by her children Sara Wilwol of Hoosick Falls and Marissa DeJesus of North Bennington, her mother Laticia Socci of Strattford, CT, sister Kari Crucitti of Fairfield, CT, grand daughter Lily Meyette, nephew Lucas Mattera, niece Samantha Crucitti and many aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her brother Kenneth Crucitti, Jr. who passed away June 18, 1998. Funeral services for Kimberly will be held Thursday October 11, 2018 at 6pm at Hanson Walbridge & Shea Funeral Home. A visitation hour at the funeral home will be held from 5-6pm one hour prior to the service. Interment will be private. If friends desire, memorial gifts in Kimberly's memory may be made to the St. Jude's Childrens' Research Hospital, c/o Hanson Walbridge & Shea Funeral Home 213 West Main Street Bennington, VT 05201.
