Lambert P (Chops) Zoller, Jr.

Lambert P. (Chops) Zoller, Jr., 92, a resident of Equinox Terrace Road, passed away October 13, 2020 at Bennington Health and Rehabilitation. Chops was born in Highland Park, NJ on October 5, 1928 the son of the late Lambert P. Zoller, Sr. and Anna Maszner and attended local schools. He was a member of the United States Marine Corps, non- combat and achieved the rank of Sargent. Chops was a 50-year member of the Lions Club, was on the Manchester Planning Board from 1980-1981, a Manchester Selectman for 6 years (Chairman for 2 years) and was on the Water Commission for over 25 years. He worked at the Equinox Hotel from 1964-2006 and has a marble bench on the 18th hole of the Equinox Golf Course for all his years of experience. He is survived by his daughter Susan Hunter of Derry, NH. He was preceded in death by his wife of 35 years Joan Bork Zoller. Graveside funeral services for Chops will be held Friday October 23, 2020 at 1pm at Factory Point Cemetery in Manchester. There are no visiting hours.
