Lester G. Beers, Jr.

Lester G. Beers, Jr., 78, a resident of Lorette Avenue, passed away Sunday December 6, 2020 at the Glens Falls Center in Glens Falls, NY. He was born in Peru, VT on June 30, 1942 the son of the late Lester G Beers, Sr. and Wilma E. Moffitt, spending most of his life growing up in Manchester. Lester was a kind and giving person and loved fishing the Battenkill. Lester is survived by his brother Benjamin F. Beers and his wife Carol of Manchester, nephews Timothy B. Beers (Lynda) and Emery Beers both of Manchester, VT, niece Dr. Rev. Theresa Taylor and sister-in-law Dorothy Beers of Manchester. Lester was preceded in death by his brothers William, Richard and Gerald Beers and his nephew Thomas. At the request of the family there are no formal funeral services.
