Linda M. Balzano

Linda M. Balzano, 64, a resident of Manchester, VT, passed away November 19, 2022 at Albany Medical Center. Linda was born in New Haven, CT on June 20, 1958 the daughter of the late Albert Balzano and Elizabeth (McGuire). She attended West Haven schools, graduating from West Haven High School. Linda worked in the hospitality industry for many years for our area inns such as The Inn at Manchester and the Wilburton Inn. She loved flowers, especially roses, and could always be found picking lilacs. Linda is survived by her daughters Larissa de Bruin and her fiancé Garrett Platts of Wallingford, VT and Carina de Bruin of Danby, VT. Also, sisters Mary Pavlinko (Mark) of Durham, CT and Posie Stannard (Henry) of Dorset, VT and nieces, nephews and cousins. A celebration of life for Linda will be held Saturday December 3, 2022 at Noon at Brewster-Shea Funeral Home 34 Park Place Manchester Center, VT. A visiting hour at the funeral home will be held from 11-12pm, one hour prior to the service.
