Linda Gale Lake

Linda Gale Lake, 72, a resident of Benmont Ave, passed away January 23, 2021 at Crescent Manor Nursing Home. Linda was born in Troy, NY on March 21, 1948 the daughter of the late Albert J. and Sarah L. Herrington Bushkosky. She graduated from Hooscac Valley, NY High School and worked as a receptionist for many area doctors’ offices. She enjoyed crafting, gardening and loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren which she always followed them in their sporting events. She was a former Chamber member and volunteered at local food pantries. Linda is survived by her children Wendy Naser (Fuad) of Bennington and Wayne T. Saunders (Raelyn) of Cambridge, NY, sisters Janice M. Stevens of Gulfport, Mississippi and Carol B. Bushkosky of Scotia, NY, and her grandchildren Skylar J. Saunders, Rozlyn M. Saunders, Timothy J. Prive, and Ameer and Ayman Naser. At the request of the family there will be no formal funeral services.
