Mary E. Hon

Mary E. Hon, 75, a resident of Overlook Lane, passed away February 16, 2015 at Sweet Brook Nursing Home in Williamstown, Massachusetts. Mary was born in Danby, Vermont on May 19, 1939 the daughter of Franklin Thomas and Emma Victoria (Larivier) Merrow and attended local schools. Mary enjoyed knitting and listening to country music. She enjoyed her home and cherished times spent with her family. Mary is survived by her children Thomas Hon of Sunderland, Jenny Sweeny and her husband John of Sunderland and Melissa Hon of East Arlington, grandchildren Nicholas, Joshua and Amber and great grandchildren Max, Neveah and Talulah. Mary was preceded in death by her husband Commodore Hon, Jr. who died March 26, 2011. Graveside funeral services for Mary will be held in the spring in the family lot in Ira Allen Cemetery in Sunderland. There are no visiting hours.
