Mary Ann Lauzon

Mary Ann Lauzon, 82, a resident of Darling Street, passed away January 13, 2025 at Southwestern Vermont Medical Center. A life long resident, Mary Ann was born in Bennington on February 13, 1942 the daughter of the late Paul and Marie Gendron. She attended Bennington schools, graduating from Bennington Catholic High School. Known as Ma Harrington, she was a school bus driver in Bennington for 20 years and then retired from Mack Molding. She was a member of Sacred Heart St Francis de Sales Roman Catholic Church in Bennington, enjoyed knitting, crocheting and in her earlier years camping, fishing, listening to country music and was a Boston Red Sox fan. She is survived by her sons Gary Harrington of Limington, Maine and Tim Harrington (Karen) of Bennington,  her grandchildren Todd Harrington, Ian Harrington (Caitlin) and Jenna Harrington and great grandson Asa Harrington. She was preceded in death by her first husband Richard Harrington who passed away 1974 and her second husband John Lauzon who passed away in 2014 and her grand- daughter Sierra Prudhomme. Graveside funeral services for Mary Ann will be held and announced at a later date at Park Lawn Cemetery in Bennington. There are no visiting hours.
