Nancy Jean Bailey

Nancy Jean Bailey, 57, a resident of Silver Street, passed away Tuesday July 19, 2022 at her home surrounded by family and friends. Nancy was born in Bennington on August 8, 1964 the daughter of the late Lawrence and Doris (Berger)Bailey. She attended Bennington schools, graduating from Mt. Anthony Union High School. Nancy worked as a skilled nursing assistant for Rivers Edge, Weston Hadden (CLR) and was a home health care provider. Nancy enjoyed rock collecting, drift wood collecting, was an avid puzzler and reader. She loved music especially Rock & Roll, but most of all enjoyed taking care of others through her profession. Nancy is survived by her children Lynn Rock of Bennington, Todd Cram of Poultney and Eric Senecal of Bennington, siblings Robert Bailey of Morgan, VT, David Bailey of Chazy, NY, Rose LaRose of Poultney, Donald Bailey of Hoosick Falls, NY and Jean George of Bennington and 7 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brothers Raymond and Richard Bailey. A celebration of life for Nancy will be held July 30th at 11am at Hanson-Walbridge & Shea Funeral Home 213 West Main Street Bennington, VT. There are no visiting hours.
