Nancy Stevens

Nancy Stevens, 67 a resident of Gill Terrace, passed away May 17, 2019 at Rutland Regional Medical Center. Nancy was born in Springfield, VT on January 22, 1952 the daughter of Nelson and Mildred Prime Stevens. She attended Chester, VT schools, graduating from Green Mountain High School. Nancy worked at the B&B Convenience Store for Ruth and Beverly Jelley and then as a cook at the Stoddard Market for many years. Nancy was an avid reader. She enjoyed working on puzzles, word searches and listening to country music. Her true passion was spending time with her family especially her grandchildren. Nancy is survived by her children Fred Gabert and his wife Heather of Londonderry, VT and Hugh Gabert and his partner Shelby Gordon of Weston, brothers Roy Stevens of Weston and Jason Harrington also of Weston, sisters Jane Stevens of Manchester, Linda Ameden of Londonderry and Candy Bliss of Weston, grandchildren Desirree, Kaleb, Rylee, Mason and Kohl, great grandson Emilio and her sister in-law Marion Bourne.
