Richard James Keus

Richard James Keus, 52, a resident of Barbs Way passed away unexpectedly at his home April 2, 2019. Richard was born in Bennington, VT on May 18, 1966 the son of Richard Caron and Vivian Keus and attended Bennington schools. Richard worked as a self employed contractor for many years. He was a former golden gloves boxer and enjoyed fishing, being outdoors and listening to country music especially the sounds of Johnny Cash. Richard is survived by a daughter Mikayla, brothers James Keus and Joey Pratt and his wife Kristie both of Pownal and Billy Peterson of North Bennington, his sister Tosca Serre of Pownal and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his mother Vivian Keus and his sister Erica Lafayette who died March 17, 2018. Funeral services for Richard will be announced at a later date. There are no visiting hours.
