Scottie R. Gabert

Scottie R. Gabert, 58, a resident of North Road Sunderland, passed away July 1, 2022 at his home surrounded by his family. Scottie was born in Bennington on June 30, 1964 the son of the late Raymond F. Gabert and Annie Hale. Scottie worked for HBH Pre-Staining for 23 years and previously worked lawn maintenance. Scottie loved fishing, kayaking, listening to country music, enjoyed following NASCAR, was a Dale Earnhardt, Sr. fan and enjoyed being around family and friends. Scottie truly loved his little dog Lady Bug and would take her everywhere he went. Scottie is survived by his wife Tina (Smith) Gabert of Sunderland, whom he married September 29, 1992, children Tim Butler of Sunderland, Melissa Cross of Arlington and Amanda Gabert of Sunderland, brothers Mark, Raymond, Billy and Kenneth Gabert and Charles Hale, sisters Rhonda and Rachel Gabert and Maggie Hale and grandchildren Scottie Gabert and Kolby Huckins and Savanah and William Cross and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
