Sheila Sylvia Secoy Blair

Sheila Sylvia Secoy Blair, 90, a resident of The Fields, passed away February 13, 2022 at Crescent Manor Nursing Home in Bennington. Sheila was born in Sunderland, VT on May 5, 1931 daughter of the late Cyrus Able and Sylvia Marie (Niles) Secoy. She attended Sunderland schools and graduated from Arlington Memorial High School. Sheila worked as a legal secretary for many years. She was a former cub scout den mother, traveled to Spain, enjoyed listening to 50’s and 60’s music and cherished times spent with her family especially her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband Robert Blair of Arlington, sons Anthony Robert Blair (Angie) of Florida, Timothy Brian Blair (Lori Harwood) of Wells, VT, and Susan Beth Blair of Manchester, VT, 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter Carol Sue Blair who passed away in 1955, her grandson Lorn Blair who passed away in 2014 and all of her siblings. Graveside services for Sheila will be held and announced later in the spring at St. Columban’s Cemetery in Arlington. There are no visiting hours.
