Suzanne G. Watson 90 of Bennington passed away peacefully on September 28, 2019 at Bennington Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Bennington on May 11, 1929 the daughter of Arthur F. and Lucia B. Gagne. She received her education in Bennington. She married the late Charles E. Watson In Bennington on August 8, 1948. She enjoyed quilting, sewing, knitting, painting camping, flshing hunting, motorcycling and golf. She co-owned The Watson Agency with Charlie until they retired in 1995. She is survived by her two sons and a daughter, Charles E Watson Jr. and his wife Noreen of Bennington, Alan D. Watson and his wife Denise of Shaftsbury and Dawn Demo and her husband Chris of Bennington. Eight Grandchildren:Heather and her husband Steve Hathaway, Charles E, III and his wife Autumn, David Watson, Torrey and her husband Frank King, III, Alan D Watson Jr., Nichole Bolster and her husband Peter and Tyler Livingston and his fiancée Dawn Christman. Nineteen Great Grandchildren: Joslin Dickie, Corey, Hailey, Isaah and Angel Hathaway, Kayla and Carter King, Patrick Watson, Colin and Alden Chellis, Elysia, Gunner and Chelsea Bolster, Emma, Sara, Tucker, Charles Denio, Charles E IV and Mireille Watson, as well as many nieces nephews and cousins. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her son James A. Watson, who died at birth, and a grandson Nicholas Watson. There will be no calling hours. In lieu of flowers Memorial Contributions may be made to Mount Anthony Lodge #13 F&AM, 504 Main Street, Bennington, VT or the Shriners Children's Hospital through the Shea Family Funeral Homes, P.O. Box 957, Bennington VT 05201 There will be a celebration of her life on Saturday Oct. 19, 2019 at MT Anthony Lodge 504 Main St in Bennington,VT 05201 from 1 to 4 pm. Please come celebrate Suzanne's life with her family and friends.
