Tammy Baker

Tammy Lee Baker, 58, a resident of Chapel Road passed away January 22, 2018 at her home surrounded by her family. Tammy was born in Bennington on August 1, 1959 the daughter of Ernest Sirois, Sr. and Margaret Gulley and attended Bennington schools. Tammy worked for CB Sports, Bennington Paper, Johnson Controls, Allied Signals and Cumberland Farms. Tammy enjoyed 4-wheeling, camping, hunting and target shooting. She enjoyed watching birds, all animals, crafts especially Indian collectables, listening to the sounds of George Strait, watching television and cherished times spent with her family. Tammy is survived by her mother Margaret Doucette of Bennington, children Margaret Pratt (Ray), Annie Baker (Michael), Steven Pratt (Jenna) and Bradley Hilchey all of Bennington, brother Ernest Sirois, Jr (Kaylee)of Bennington, sister Tina Sirois (Bill) of Bennington, 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Graveside services will be announced in the spring. Visiting hours will be held Friday February 2, 2018 from 5-7pm at Hanson-Walbridge & Shea Funeral Home 213 West Main Street Bennington, VT.
