Teresa G. Brown, 59, a resident of Sunflower Drive, passed away January 8, 2021 at her home surrounded by her family. Teresa was born in Bennington, VT on February 18, 1961 the daughter of the late Seth David King and Florence Shirley Barbeau. She graduated from Arlington Memorial High School, worked as an LNA for 10 years at the Vermont Veterans Home and ultimately took care of her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed fishing, playing bingo, camping and in earlier years enjoyed hunting. She was an avid NASCAR fan and San Francisco 49er football fan and cherished times spent with her family. She is survived by her husband William L. Brown, Jr of Pownal, children William J. Brown (Candy) of Bennington, Chris Brown (Elizabeth), James Brown (Krosbi) and Nathan Brown (Amanda) all of Pownal and Patricia Gates (Lawrence) of Pownal, brothers Seth and Tommy King of Bennington, sisters Nancy Barber (Richard), Florence King and Shirley King all of Bennington and Darlene Novotney of Manchester, VT, 19 grandchildren and one great grandchild. Due to the Covod-19 Pandemic, funeral services for Teresa will be conducted and announced later in the year.
