Theodore Tetreault

February 15, 1946 — October 7, 2024

Theodore Tetreault passed away peacefully on October 7, 2024, in Glen Falls, New York. Theodore was born in Hartford CT., on February 15, 1946, to Theodore Tetreault and Elda Tetreault. He was 78 years old. He is survived by his sister, Eldona Reynolds, nephews, Graham and Keith Reynolds, cousins Tommy and Roger Mitkoski along with Brother-in-Law George Reynolds and Sister-in-Law Stasia Tetreault. Theodore (Teddy) met his wife, Janice Welch when they were children in Windsor, CT. Janice and Teddy spent their entire lives together. Theodore served in the United States Air Force before launching a successful career managing State Parks in Connecticut, preserving and sharing the beauty of nature with his fellow citizens. Theodore considered himself lucky in life, stating that he had received everything he had ever wanted. Most of all he loved his late wife, Janice, and missed her dearly every day. Theodore loved cowboys, dogs, cats, American History, drawing, building models, fishing, hunting, dinosaurs, building stone walls, woodworking, and making his own tools.  Theodore was an expert horticulturist, and could grow or heal any plant with his two green thumbs. Teddy’s late brother Lee Tetrault, who is still greatly missed, was another one of the people who Teddy loved more than life itself, along with his sister Eldona Reynolds. Theodore lived a long and beautiful life. He will be remembered for his kind soul and the love he shared with those close to him. His heart-warming smile, Clint Eastwood mannerisms, and dry sense of humor will forever be remembered by his family, friends, and all who knew him.
