Tina Dufresne

Tina L. Dufresne, 52, a resident of Danby, passed away August 10, 2017 at Rutland Regional Medical Center. Tina was born and raised in Manchester, Vt on May 26, 1965. She attended local schools and graduated from Burr and Burton Academy. Tina worked for Rollin in the Dough Bakery in Manchester and also for the Vermont Photo lab. She enjoyed traveling to the beach in Maine and loved spending time with her family and friends. She loved cooking all of the holiday dinners for her family. Tina is survived by her son Brandon Dufresne of Manchester, her mother Edna Hewes of Danby, brothers Donnie Hewes and his wife Kim and niece and nephew Megan Hewes and Josh Hewes of Pawlet and Jimmie Hewes of Orlando, FL, sister Debbie Jaworski and her husband Alex of Danby, and nephew Tyler Jaworski and great nephew Devin Jaworski whom she adored and many cousins, aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by her grandfather Clifford Hewes, grandmother Frances Hewes, uncle Benjamin Ploski, uncle Sheldon Taft, aunt Carol Ploski and cousin Benjamin Ploski, Jr. A celebration of life for Tina will be held at the VFW in Manchester on September 16, 2017 from 12-3pm.
