Tricia L. Gardner, 51, a resident of Benmont Ave, passed away unexpectedly at her home February 8, 2022. Tricia was born in Bennington on August 19, 1970 the daughter of James Gardner and the late Louise Phillips Gardner. Tricia attended Bennington schools and was a 1989 graduate of Mt. Antony Union High School. Tricia worked at Plasan, NSK, Energizer, Staples and at the time of her death was the night manager at Hampton Inn in Bennington. Tricia enjoyed painting, drawing and loved art. She was an excellent baker, especially birthday cakes for her family. She was an avid reader, especially Stephen King Novels. She was a very adventurous person that loved camping, whale watching and loved anything to do with wolves. Tricia is survived by her father James Gardner, her fiancé and life partner Rebecca Carey of Bennington, sisters Holly Freemen and Shelly Wilson both of Bennington and Tina LaBarge of Marshfield, WI and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her mother Louise Gardner who passed away June 29, 2021 her brother Kris LaBarge who passed away January 16, 2020. There are no formal funeral services at this time.
