Alan Lincoln "Crawdad" Mattison

Alan Lincoln "Crawdad" Mattison, 62 a passed away peacefully on Tuesday June 8, 2021 at home. The son of David B. and Jeanne L. (Harrington) Mattison, he was born in Bennington on June 19, 1957. Alan was a graduate of Mt. Anthony Union High School, Class of 1976. Alan had worked in many capacities throughout the Bennington area, he was and avid backgammon player, he enjoyed playing cards, fishing and he did loved to dance. Alan leaves his brother David Mattison of Bennington, sisters Sally Nolan of Milton and Betty Ayers of Huntington, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many cousins. He was pre-deceased by a sister Lori Mattison in 1963 and Thurston O. “Tom” Mattison 2019 Funeral services will be held on June 19 at 2:00pm at in Center Shaftsbury Cemetery with Chaplain Kenneth Coonradt officiating.
