Funeral Director / Manager
Thomas R. Lloyd is a 31-year licensed funeral director and embalmer in Vermont and previously in Massachusetts. He manages the day-to-day operations of the company, including Vermont Cremation Service, both Hanson-Walbridge Funeral Homes, Covey & Allen Funeral Home, Brewster Funeral Service and Shea Monument Company. Tom began his career in funeral service with Dwyer Funeral Home in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. Upon relocating within the company to Brattleboro, he was assistant manager, then promoted to general manager during his tenure at Ker-Westerlund and Fleming Funeral Home in Brattleboro. Tom is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, Hudson Valley Community College of Mortuary Science and Berkshire Community College in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. Before entering funeral service, he was employed by Marriott Corporation in public relations.
Tom is a communicant of Sacred Heart St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, a member of the Knight's of Columbus Leo Council 917, the National Funeral Director's Association, and Vermont Funeral Director's Association. He formerly coached many area youths with Bennington Babe Ruth Baseball, Bennington Little League and the Berkshire Bruin Hockey Association. Tom also provides continuing education for Hospice and Junior College Training. Tom and his wife, Julie currently reside in Chester Knoll, Bennington. He is a proud parent of children Emily Cole, Nicholas and Sean Lloyd and his grandchildren Ella and Cali Cole, and Leighton Lloyd.

Danielle serves as our Office Manager. She comes from a strong background in customer service and is quite often the first point of contact at our funeral homes. She assists families with filing for claims, printed material composition, photo tributes, and much more. She and her husband live in Bennington and have 2 daughters. She enjoys camping, attending her daughter's sports events and is a longtime director of the area Young Woman's Softball League.

Natalie Haviland has been a licensed funeral director and embalmer in Vermont since 2019. She began working with Shea Funeral Homes in 2018 after graduating from the Mortuary Science Program at Hudson Valley Community College. During her years of funeral service in Bennington, Natalie has devoted her time to learning the industry from the previous generation of funeral directors serving the region and strengthening her knowledge of the traditions of funeral directing. She has been a member of the National Funeral Directors Association and the Vermont Funeral Directors Association since 2019.
Natalie was raised in Cambridge, NY and educated at Southshire Community School in North Bennington, VT and The Darrow School in New Lebanon, NY. She has been a member of the Bennington Community since 2018. In her free time, Natalie enjoys spending her time skiing, reading, and traveling.
